We are looking for a specialist (direction "Injured children") who will lead cases of injured children from the first contact to the end of support: coordinate help, work with families and partners andactively attract new cases to the program. This is not an on-demand job - this is an active, responsible role with real impact

Main duties

  • Management of cases of families with injured children: opening of cases, drafting and implementation of an individual work plan, monitoring of progress, preparation and closing of cases. 

  •  

  • Coordination of assistance: interaction with medical institutions, rehabilitation centers, psychologists, speech therapists, lawyers and other involved specialists. 

  • Monitoring the situation and actively searching for new cases: tracking information about injured children, establishing contact with families after incidents, attracting new beneficiaries to the program. 

  •  

  • Organizational and administrative support of cases: receiving and checking documents, maintaining case documentation, updating databases. 

  •  

2 years old 

  • Developed communication skills, empathy, responsibility. 

  • Ability to work with documentation and several cases at the same time. 

  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) at the user level.

  • Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of protection of children's rights and understanding of the principles of work of social services.

  • Readiness for business trips within the scope of program implementation. 

  • Ability to quickly absorb information.

  • The desire to develop and constantly raise your professional level.

  • Would be an advantage: 

    Experience

     work with war-affected children and families, interaction with medical institutions, experience in NGOs.
