Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of social work, social pedagogy.
• Experience in the social field will be an advantage.
• Certificate/certificate of professional development in the specialty "Social work" or "Social pedagogy", which confirms completion of training (will be an advantage)
• Ability to cooperate in a team and conduct group classes.
• Good organizational skills skills and abilities.
• Ability to work in stressful situations, make quick and informed decisions;

Duties:

• Provision of social services to affected persons: social counseling services, crisis response, emergency psychological assistance and services according to the needs of the beneficiary;
• Perform comprehensive service needs assessment; Formation of knowledge, abilities, skills of the recipient of the complex service in accordance with the individual plan for the provision of social services;
• Consulting the recipient of the complex service in accordance with the specification, in particular providing assistance in the analysis of the life situation, determining the main ways, ways of solving, drawing up a plan for the life situation;
• Conducting training and education for public figures, volunteers, social sphere;
• Interaction with other service specialists, organizations on issues of organization of complex service provision;
• Help in strengthening/restoring family and social ties, interaction with parents and children in various situations;
• Providing socio-psychological assistance in the form of trainings;
• Participation in writing reports and performing other current tasks within the framework of project implementation.
