What will you do as a Sales Contract Settlement Specialist:
The Settlement Specialist answers for the operational execution of calculations related to posting, movement, sale of goods and related payments. The specialist ensures accurate and efficient processing of all transactions in the system, in accordance with established procedures, internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem solving and close coordination with internal and external departments to ensure smooth completion of operations.
- Oversee and execute the day-to-day process of placing merchandise, its internal movement, fulfillment and settlement with suppliers/customers;
- Verification of all source and supporting documentation related to movement of goods and calculations, to ensure its completeness, accuracy and compliance with established requirements;
- Daily reconciliation of data on the movement of goods (booking, shipment, balances) and financial calculations, as well as resolution of discrepancies;
- Act as a key point of contact, effectively communicating with internal teams (including colleagues from other countries) and external partners to resolve requests;
- Monitoring current activities with calculations to identify potential risks related to incorrect posting/shipping or financial transactions and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and financial regulations;
- Posting, registration of goods movement, tracking of payments, record keeping and preparation of reports in SAP;
- Maintaining organized and accurate records of all goods movement transactions and financial calculations in the SAP system. Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports as needed for analysis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and billing systems by suggesting improvements to increase efficiency;
- Assist with audit requests.
Our expectations from the candidate for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or a related field;
- 2-5 years of experience in financial calculations, inventory accounting or a similar operational position.
- English - B1
Would be a plus:Knowledge of SAP.
