MIRS is not just a leading company on the Ukrainian tableware and household appliances market, it is a qualitatively new image of modern life in the style of "innovative comfort" .We are looking for a Specialist in SEO optimization to join our team!Tasks that you will excel at:Full management of several e-commerce projects for Ukraine Monitoring of site positions in search engines.Increasing organic traffic Internal and external optimization (Internal optimization - technical audits, internal referral structure , page loading speed, meta-tag formation, content optimization, micro-markup implementation; External optimization - link profile audit, development and implementation of promotion strategies, link strategy formation, link purchase) Competitor analysis (Competitor content audit; meta-tags; site elements, which may affect SEO; link profile audit; audit of site structure, categories; search and implementation of growth points based on audit results) Search and implementation of growth points Conducting technical audits of current projects Formation of technical specifications for the development department Our expectations: Experience in SEO for at least 2 years. Successful experience in working with commercial projects. Deep understanding of the principles of search engine optimization (Understanding algorithms search engines, ranking factors) Knowledge of analysis, monitoring and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Serpstat, etc.). Ability to find project growth points and implement them. Experience in technical site optimization. Experience in launching projects from scratch Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.
