Department Information

Office of the Digital transformations is a service unit that focuses on the introduction of digital technologies into the life of our educational institution in order to improve the quality and convenience of daily work.

We are looking for a person who is interested in working at the intersection of processes, data and technologies, helping users and gradually making the digital services of the university better and more convenient.

Main tasks:

• Managing the development and support of projects and applications based on CRM Salesforce in the Asana task manager;
• Business analysis:
  • modeling of business processes;
  • preparation of technical tasks;
• Administration and data processing in CRM Salesforce (including working directly with the database);
• Creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau;
• Preparation technical and user documentation, instructions;CRM (issuing licenses, resetting passwords, entering and correcting data);
• Conducting short trainings and preparing users to work with systems;
• Analyzing user problems and finding solutions without the involvement of developers, when it is possible;
• Coordinating interaction with university units in office projects;
• Conducting regular audits and reviews of Salesforce configurations (Fields, Flows, Reports);
• Cooperation with developers to implement more complex solutions;
• Collection of feedback and suggestions for improving CRM processes.

Administration and security:

• User management: accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets/permission set groups, public groups;
• Data security control: policies access, audit logs, field-level security, participation in ensuring GDPR compliance;
• Monitoring and optimization of data storage volumes (data / file storage), archiving;
• Data backup and recovery (Salesforce native export, SaaS Backup or similar solutions, external storage);
• Management of Sandbox / Production environments;
• Maintenance of structured documentation: Data Dictionary, Change Log, Integration Map.

Requirements for candidate:

• Higher education in the field of IT or equivalent practical experience;
• Experience of working with CRM systems from 2 years (Salesforce will be an advantage);
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian business language, command of English at the B1+ level and above;
• Ability to work with project management programs (ASANA or similar);
• Share the mission and values of UKU.
