What will you do in your position:

  • Management of analytics and the process of data collection and processing in the interests of customers of the vertical, including NPS (customer satisfaction index), and also ensures the quality of processes related to customer satisfaction (appeals, complaints, NPS, relationship survey, etc. .)
  • Organization of the process of communication and fulfillment of the terms of the contract with external companies for surveying the Bank's customers
  • Organization of the participation of department employees in bank-wide processes, ensures control of authority levels, implementation of audit recommendations, points of fundamental observation and the NBU, interaction with supervisory bodies (NBU) and the Bank's control units (Compliance, Audit)
  • Organization and implementation of processes in the field of CSR / environmental, social and corporate issues ("ESG") within the line of consumer credit , and participating in their management, within the standards defined by the Group's CSR/ESG function and the local CSR team, and ensures interaction with other functions with appropriate competence in the direction of CSR/ESG
  • Development of the sales improvement program and customer service, work with customer complaints (complaints, analysis of surveys, etc.)
  • Participation in the improvement of consumer lending processes using the ACE methodology: conducts ACE projects; teaches ACE methodology, takes part in change management in the business vertical of consumer lending.

We are looking for a specialist who:

    < li>Higher education (specialist/master) in Management, Economics.
  • English level - not lower than Upper-Intermediate
  • Work experience from 2- x years of work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, mastery of tools and principles of building remote work and communications; the ability to work with analytical data.
