The Sales Administration Specialist is the key contact between sales representatives and the central office to coordinate the order process. Control and management of orders, as well as preparation of sales reports.
Main tasks:
- Accepting orders from customers and updating their data in the IT system ;
information to customers (product identification, order status, delivery planning, etc.);- Creation of invoices; issue and correction of invoices;
- Management of the price list in the IT system;
- Cooperation with sales managers in the respective regions, together with whom the sales administration specialist forms a sales team;
- Constant updating of the customer database in the IT system regarding lists, discounts, payment terms, etc. in accordance with the procedure; necessary in accordance with SAP procedures, as well as ensuring correct invoicing to customers;
- Guarantee of quality, efficiency, safety and compliance of support for warehouse operations.
Requirements :
- Higher education;
- Work experience: from 2 years in the field of sales, preference is given to candidates with experience working with clients or in the customer service department;< /li>
- Languages: English (preferably intermediate level and above);
- Computer skills: Excel, fluency in 1C.
