Specialist in reintegration and social adaptation of veterans (FOP) in Rokada, BF BO

BO BF "Rokada" is looking for -A specialist in the reintegration and social adaptation of veterans (FOP) helps veterans return to their usual lives, find work, study, social contacts.

Duties:

• individual support of veterans in employment, education and adaptation

• development and implementation of social adaptation programs

• coordination with partners and local authorities

• reporting and monitoring of results

• organization of group events and trainings for veterans

• consulting on social, legal and psychological issues

• cooperation with other specialists project for comprehensive support of veterans

• preparation of materials and information resources for veterans

Requirements:

• experience in social work or work with veterans

• communication and organizational skills

• confident user of Google Workspace / MS Office

• availability of FOP (group 3) or readiness register

• fluency in the Ukrainian language.

• responsibility, independence;

• stress resistance, tact;

• ability to work with different groups of people;

• compliance with ethical standards.
