The main areas of work will be: Active search and recruitment of personnel of different levels - from production workers to managers. Conducting welcome trainings for new employees. Support of the process of adaptation of new employees and organization of final meetings. Analysis of the effectiveness of the adaptation procedure. Interaction with educational institutions, involvement of students and young professionals, support of practices at the enterprise. Promotion of the employer's brand. Conducting exit interviews and analyzing the reasons for dismissal. Participation in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives. For successful work, you will need: Work experience of 2 years in a similar position in a system company. Higher education (personnel management, organization management, economics, psychology ).Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level.Knowledge of modern methods of searching and selecting personnel, experience in conducting interviews, testing and evaluation.Experience in conducting presentations.Personal qualities: High level of self-organization and organizational skills, communication, proactivity, multitasking skills.
