Functional tasks:

• active search and selection of candidates for vacancies in Bank branches;
• conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
• providing feedback on candidates to customers;
• participation in the personnel adaptation process;
• conducting and analyzing exit interviews;
• preparing reports on work results;
• cooperation with higher educational institutions;
• participation in HR projects of the Bank.

For this position, the following are required:

• preferably work experience in the field recruiting or related fields;
• experience working in banking institutions is desirable;
• complete higher education;
• desire to work and develop in the field of HR;
• ability to argue one's position and candidates;
• creative thinking, flexibility, perseverance.
