We are looking for a highly professional and efficient specialist who is ready to solve ambitious and complex tasks. The company guarantees stable work in a large, constantly developing company.

Main duties:

• Closing vacancies in the Company (interaction with managers, formation position profile and application for selection, publication of ads on websites and networks, initial screening of resumes, telephone interviews, testing, interviews with the participation of vacancy managers);
• Collection and preparation of a package of documents for checking candidates upon admission for work;
• Supporting the candidate until the moment of starting work and during the adaptation period;
• Maintaining a database of candidates, including an external reserve;
• Carrying out market monitoring salaries;
• Reporting to managers;
• Development of corporate culture;
• Organization and training for employees;
• Methodical support during processes from Performance management.

Profile of the candidate:

• Higher education;
• From 2 years of work experience in a relevant position;
• Highly self-organized, structured and responsible person, attentive to details;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode and in short deadlines;
• li>Proactiveness and focus on the result;
• Systematic approach to solving tasks;
• Communication and ability to cooperate;
• Intermediate English language
