We are looking for a motivated specialist for the position of a provider of temporary accommodation support and transportation support for the population affected by hostilities, who will provide administrative, communication and logistical support to the team with the aim of effective implementation of project activities, as well as organization support for safe social transportation and evacuation activities. Territory of activity: Kharkiv region and part of Donetsk region under the control of the government of Ukraine - if necessary, the entire territory under the control of the government of Ukraine. style="font-weight: 700">Education: higher education
Experience: work experience in the humanitarian sector, non-profit organizations or UN agencies will be an advantage.Languages: fluent in Ukrainian.Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.Professional skills: advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel), business correspondence skills, analytical thinking.Readiness: to travel to government-controlled territories, in particular to the frontline communities, within the limits of project implementation.Services to be provided:
- Providing support aimed at comprehensive assistance to internally displaced persons living in temporary accommodation (MTP).
- Assessing the needs of the MTP and its residents to provide support in the form of non-food goods, providing support in the form of care and service, and creating information spaces with the aim of improving the living conditions of IDPs. Ensuring a quick response to the needs of residents of MTP
- Assessing the needs of MTP within the framework of Monitoring SSSM
- Performance of quality control over the delivery of goods and services.
- Activities to improve living conditions in MTP in the form of providing support.
- Support in organizing and ensuring the operation of social transport for residents of settlements located along the line of hostilities and in de-occupied territories where regular public transport does not function, with the aim of improving access to services and critically important infrastructure
- Support in organizing and ensuring the operation of evacuation flights to evacuate the civilian population from settlements where hostilities are taking place; territory under the control of the government of Ukraine), with the aim of studying and assessing the needs of the population affected by hostilities;
- Conducting business correspondence with other service providers.
- Entering data of passengers of social transport routes into the database, including with the help of the KoVo form;
- Interaction with state authorities and representatives of local self-government organizations at coordination meetings with the participation of authorities and humanitarian organizations with the aim of supporting individuals taking into account identified needs and the implementation of Project tasks; Collection and preparation of Project statistical data.
- Compilation of reports on the services provided.
- Participation in meetings of UN cluster groups at the regional level and local committees to discuss the problems of the affected population
