The HALO Trust is the world's oldest and largest humanitarian demining organization with 10,000 staff in 30 countries and territories. HALO teams conduct hazard area surveys and marking, risk education and demining operations. All employees undergo training in accordance with international standards.
Please note that this vacancy involves a significant number of business trips throughout the country (up to 90% of working time). Please take this into account when applying.
We are looking for motivated professionals who consciously choose to work in the humanitarian sector and understand its importance in wartime. This is a role for active, responsible people who understand the importance of our mission, are able to work in a dynamic environment and are not afraid of the challenges associated with constant business trips, field work and interaction with different target groups. It is important to us that candidates are able to communicate with people of different ages and experiences, explain complex topics in an accessible manner, conduct informational events and trainings, listen carefully and at the same time adhere to procedures, standards and reporting requirements. We are looking for people who are able to build trust in communities and professionally represent the organization on the ground, in remote and affected settlements, who share our values and strive to contribute to reducing the consequences of hostilities for the civilian population.

Stages of candidate selection:
Candidates who successfully pass all four stages and, based on the results of the evaluation, enter the rating, will be invited to employment.
1. Compliance of the resume with the requirements and evaluation of the cover letter
2. Passing a one-day workshop
3. Passing the interview
4. Completion of the training course Training on the risks associated with GNP
Candidates will be evaluated at each stage of selection. The transition to the next stage will take place based on the results of the appropriate assessment.
