ExperienceWork experience - at least one of the year in the fields

- Conducting trainings and presentations, public speeches, exchange of experience, educational activities, anti-mine activities in the field of information and non-technical survey, psychology, work experience in non-governmental organizations, etc.
- Social work with different categories of the population.
- Establishing and maintaining relations with local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations, educational institutions, etc.
EducationBasic higher education: educational and qualification level not lower than bachelor.
Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
Competences and technical skills:
- Initiative; leadership potential; the ability to think creatively; ability to adapt to changing conditions; the ability to bear responsibility for decisions and actions; ability to work autonomously; ability to work in teamsand; communicate with respect; adhere to the principles of equality and diversity.
- Experienced user: Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Google Workspace and technical means for conducting presentations (laptop, projector, printer, tablet, etc.).
- Category B driver's license with active experience driving a vehicle with a manual transmission.
Duties of a specialist:
- Conduct measures to inform the population (sessions, trainings, conversations, mass events, visits to households).
- To present the goals, tasks and activities of the Representative Office, to provide information on mine danger and the progress of demining and NTO work.
- Plan activities, fill out reports, maintain communication with beneficiaries and search for locations.
- Ensure appropriate arrangement of locations for events.
- Ensure accurate counting of beneficiaries, photo-fixation and provision of data for reliable reporting.
- Conduct testing of materials, as well as verification of knowledge and impact of activities. Participate in the implementation of new programs and initiatives.
- Represent the division at events, conferences, in the media and working groups.
- Adapt to changes in operational activities.
- Maintain technical means, materials and equipment of the Representative Office in proper condition.
- Ensure confidentiality of personal data and comply with legal requirements.
- Adhere to the policies, procedures, values and mission of the Representative Office and carry out other management assignments.
Working conditions:
- Official employment according to the Labor Code (paid vacation 24 calendar days, paid sick days)
- Work schedule - operational schedule (10/11 working days - 3/4 weekends)
- Salary: basic salary UAH 48,408.00 (taxes are deducted from this amount)
- Payment for business trips - UAH 800/day (business trips may be expected)
