• Organization of professional training upon request
• Coordinating trainings and seminars for improving staff qualifications
• Interaction with department heads to determine training needs
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs and monitoring of their impact on employee productivity
• Ensuring continuous professional development of personnel

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Confident command of instruction and training methods
• Ability to work in a team and interact with colleagues from different divisions
• High level of communication and organizational skills
• Desire to constantly learn and improve your skills
• The skill of working with numbers
• Experience in budget formation and the skill of rational use of funds
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) will be an advantage
• Analyticity.
