What we will entrust you with:

• Organization of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in production
• Participation in the development of a strategy for the professional development of personnel in production units
• Responsibility for analysis and selection of training topics in accordance with business goals, taking into account the results of certification and individual development plans, planning their training, retraining and advanced training, determining directions, methods and terms of training
• Preparation of reports and presentations with conclusions and proposals for improving professional staff training, as well as formats for attracting young people to MHP enterprises
• Conclusion of contracts with professional education institutions, advanced training courses, enterprises, on personnel training and internships, determination of training costs, organization of sending employees to training in accordance with contracts
• Establishment of communication with relevant scientific research institutes and higher education institutions on issues of improving the qualifications of the company's employees
• Analysis of the qualitative results of training and its effectiveness, development of proposals for improving the forms and methods of training and professional development
