That is why we are opening the position of Specialist in professional development and staff training, who will help our employees grow, improve and become stronger together with the company.

What you will do:

• Organize, plan and monitor professional and technical and internal training for employees in various areas.
• Organize practical training and internships, coordinate the distribution of students and employees between departments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training, analyze the results and propose improvements.
• Provide methodological support for teachers and instructors.
• Ensure the quality work of qualification commissions.
• Keep accounting and reporting documentation on training.
• Control the targeted and effective use of the budget for training.

It will be an advantage if you have:

• Understanding modern approaches and methods of personnel training.
• Experience in forming training plans.
• Skills in assessing the effectiveness of personnel development.
• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation and economics.
• Experience in the field of professional technical or corporate training.
