POSITION: Spare parts procurement and logistics specialist

FUNCTION: Supply Department \ Logistics

LOCATION: Pryluky

Key tasks and expectations of this role: coordination of preparation and updating of accounting data of spare parts and materials, administration of the procurement process: from order creation to stocking. Cooperation with international team and representatives of other JSC factories to maintain data according to Company standards. Responsible for the coordination of inter-factory sales, administrative support of all participants in the procurement process, making proposals for process optimization and the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPI). preparation and updating of accounting data of spare parts and materials (using such systems as: SAP, 1C, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Power Bi);

Key requirements:

• Higher education;
• Confident use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel – mastery of advanced formulas and pivot tables);
• Fluent command of Ukrainian, English from intermediate level (B1+);
• Responsibility, initiative, optimization experience processes;
• Developed analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data;
• Leadership qualities, experience working in a team, the ability to organize teamwork;
• Knowledge of SAP and basic programming skills will be an advantage;
