Chief specialist of the personnel administration and organizational development department of the Personnel Department
Main functional and job responsibilities:
performing information analysis of existing activity processes of structural subdivisions in order to create a map of processes of NSHU;
development of a set of tasks, projects of technical documentation regarding existing processes of activity of NSHU;
participation in: determining key indicators of the effectiveness of existing processes of activity NSHU;
monitoring the effectiveness of existing processes of NSHU activities;
identifying opportunities for improving existing processes and implementing, if necessary, new NSHU activity processes;
performing an analysis of the tasks and functions assigned to the structural divisions of the NSHU apparatus, and preparing proposals for improving the existing functions of structural units;
studying the state of the organization of the work of structural divisions of the NSHU apparatus, their of functional capacity and preparation of proposals to increase the efficiency of their work;
participation in determining the need to change the staffing of structural divisions of the NSHU
Main requirements for candidates:
higher education at the educational level of a junior bachelor, bachelor, specialist, master,
knowledge of Lean methodology
Additional requirements:
A confident user of MS Office, working with the Internet, e-mail (Outlook Express)
knowledge of Microsoft Visio or another tool for visualizing the logic of the work process
