We are looking for a person who will carry out: conduct an adaptation program for groups of new branch specialists; conduct individual work on errors with employees of the assigned region; make proposals for training activities to improve the knowledge of employees of the region; You are suitable if you have: a full or basic higher education in the direction of economics/psychology/pedagogy/banking; more than 6 months of work experience in the direction of working with Retail network clients; there is knowledge of basic banking products and procedures and PC skills at the "confident user" level (experience with PowerPoint/Excel will be an additional advantage).
