We are looking for a person who knows how to turn business problems into training solutions: not just to conduct trainings, but to influence the result - effective adaptation, fulfillment of service standards, managed growth personnel.

AV metal group is one of the leaders of the metal trading market in Ukraine. The company is growing, and with it the requirements for the quality of training and development of people are growing.

What exactly you will do:

  • design and launch training programs for employees of retail metal service centers (MSCs), managers and back office (for specific business goals, not "for checkmarks");

  • build, improve and support the adaptation of new employees of the retail network: logic, content, control of results;

  • analyze training needs (through indicators, requests from managers, staff evaluation);

  • develop training materials: presentations, workbooks, electronic courses, brief instructions;

  • organize and conduct training: trainings, webinars (online / offline), testing;

  • evaluate the effectiveness of training: what has changed in behavior and results after training;

  • participate in the formation and development of the personnel reserve.

Who we are looking for:
