Requirements:

• Knowledge of 1C, confident PC user: Word, Excel (both mandatory);
• Analytical mindset;
• Ability to quickly analyze a large amount of information and work in multitasking mode;

• Organized and attention to details;
• Ready to consider a candidate without work experience.< /li>

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of management accounting in 1C UTP 8.3 personnel;
• Management of personnel database in 1C;
• Filling and accounting of working hours (reporting) in 1C;
• Maintaining information about personnel remuneration (Calculation of wages, motivations, vacations, etc.);< /li>
• Analyzing the effectiveness of the use of labor and making suggestions for improvement;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information.
