What you need to do: Prepares and accompanies the approval of orders on changes to the organizational structure and staff list of the Company. Makes changes to directories in 1C:ZUP in accordance with signed orders within the scope of his competence. Updates the Company's organizational documentation. Ensures that the Company's structure and SR are up-to-date in the 1C:ZUP information system. Checks drafts of regulations on subdivisions, job instructions. Prepares and accompanies drafts of orders on approval of regulations on subdivisions and job instructions. Maintains registers of current regulations on subdivisions, job descriptions. Handles requests from Company employees within the scope of his competence. Monitors the compliance of the actual number of personnel with the staff list. We expect from you: higher education Experience in the administration of directories in 1C ZUP, maintaining a staff list Experience in developing job instructions, regulations on subdivisions . Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine. Mastery of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point. Knowledge of the rules of document management and business communication.
