Beneficiaries turn to us for information support and advice on receiving various types of assistance. Responsibilities: Listens to operators' calls. Evaluates according to the Evaluation Sheet and Evaluation Criteria. Makes suggestions for improving the Evaluation Sheet and Evaluation Criteria. May participate in Feedback. Prepares training materials based on the most common mistakes of operators in conversation. Teaches new operators and provides conclusions and recommendations based on the results of training. Develops scripts to improve the quality of conversations. Requirements: Full or partial higher education in the relevant field of training (bachelor, master, specialist) and professional development. Competencies: Communication. Cooperation and teamwork. Ability to make decisions. Cooperation with partners/contractors, local organizations. Ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions in work. Building trust.
