Specialist in operational support of sales channels for Kyivstar in Kiyivstar

Fixed line sales department is looking for a Specialist in operational support of sales channels to ensure the required level of service quality and satisfaction of mass market fixed line customers through information and analytical support sales department

Responsibilities:

• Development of procedures and documents for partners;
• Conduct an audit of information systems that support the business direction
• Prepare reports;
• Check the compliance of data information systems;
• Preparation of a proposal to improve the quality of services;
• Control of compliance by employees with current procedures and instructions;
• Conducting a quality audit of services installation and service restoration for fixed line subscribers;
• Participation in project activities for the development and implementation of information systems;
• Solving operational problems regarding certification, control and evaluation of the results of sales partners.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economic, technical);
• Excellent skills in working with large amounts of information, analytical abilities;
• Experienced user of Internet, Microsoft Outlook, MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word;
• SQL administration at the level of an advanced user;
• English will be a plus.
