Specialist in operational support of sales channels in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

The fixed line sales department is looking for a specialist in the operational support of sales channels to ensure the necessary level of service quality and customer satisfaction of mass market fixed lines through information and analytical support of the sales department. Responsibilities: Developing procedures and documents for partners; Conducting audits of information systems that accompany the business direction Prepare reports; Check the compliance of information system data; Preparation of a proposal to improve the level of service quality; Control of employees' compliance with current procedures and instructions; Conducting a quality audit of works to install services and restore service to fixed line subscribers; Participation in project activities for the development and implementation of information systems; Solving operational problems regarding certification, control and evaluation of the results of partner sellers. Requirements: Higher education (economic, technical); Excellent skills in working with large amounts of information, analytical abilities; Experienced user of the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word; SQL administration at the level of an experienced user; English will be a plus.
