Job format: hybrid Duties: Ensuring the document flow of the regulatory registration unit Preparation and execution of contracts with accredited state institutions Timely and correct preparation of department documents (letters, contracts, dossier materials) Effective use of regulatory databases and their updating in the established order Ensuring the financial operations of the department Making the necessary payments in accordance with executed contracts and invoices within the established terms of contracts and legislation Effective work in the SAP system, Ariba Effective cross-functional interaction with finance departments , procurement. Necessary competencies: Higher education. Knowledge of the rules of document flow, record keeping, and financial documentation. Experience in the registration and regulation department is an advantage. The desired level of English is intermediate and higher. Good computer skills (MS Office, etc.), knowledge of the SAP system Skills in planning, organizing and controlling the execution of tasks in accordance with deadlines.
