Team E-COM "Silpo" invites a detail-oriented Clerical Specialist.

What will the Clerk do:

• Working with documentation (registration, signing, exchange of originals);
• Electronic document management (uploading documents for signature in Vchasno and DocuSign);
• Work with internal programs Contentum, E-Base; 
• Working with advance reports;
• Communication with counterparties;
• Internal communication on documentary display of all documents in the database;
• Working with contracts .

For work you will need:

• Experience work from 2 years in a similar position;
• Higher financial and economic education;
• Ability to work with a large number of documents at the same time;
• Time management;< /li>
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to use SAP will be an advantage.
