Our team develops and implements project solutions, that (1) restore community life; (2) develop territories and industries; (3) create new and rapid opportunities for the affected population. The geography of our projects includes 11 regions of Ukraine, but the main focus is on the front-line southern and eastern regions.
Church Aid in Ukraine, CORE Response, Polish Humanitarian Action. They concern restoration of access to water, heat and gas supply; extraordinary support in kind, cash and voucher forms; legal assistance on issues of housing, land and property.We are looking for a specialist who is able to organize field and remote monitoring, assessment and further analysis of the needs of the affected population in the liberated territories of Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, preparing relevant reports.
He/she will work directly in the MEAL department and interact with technical specialists of all areas.

Main duties:
1. Collection and systematization of information about beneficiaries.
2. Conducting a survey among beneficiaries to obtain information about the quality of services provided and assessment of additional needs.
3. Carrying out monitoring visits to the location of office projects.
4. Supporting feedback with beneficiaries to respond to suggestions, complaints or provide other relevant information.
5. Collection of primary data on project activity results.
6. Formation, storage and quality control of the beneficiary database.
7. Preparation of interim and final reporting of office projects
8. Communication with relevant MEAL donor specialists.
9. Constant interaction with department and office managers regarding the analysis and improvement of internal organizational processes.
10. Participation in organization research.
11. Integration of lessons into team activities, preparation of project reports.
12. Other additional requests are possible as needed.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in socio-behavioral, humanitarian, management or technical sciences.
- Experience from 1 year in the private sector, local self-government and public administration, civil society, international development or humanitarian response.
- Creation, modification of questionnaires in online survey tools (KoboToolbox and others).
- Passion for conducting interviews, surveys, making reports.
- Ability to work with databases, project indicator monitoring systems.
- Confident use of programsfor working with electronic spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
- Responsible attitude to deadlines, procedures, rules and quality of the result. span>
- Developed emotional intelligence to maintain a healthy atmosphere in the team.
- Interest in quickly learning new experiences, topics, approaches in work.< /span>
- Personal interest in the topics of combating the consequences of war, involving citizens, restoring communities, economic development, and solving socially important problems.
