KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning, implementation and support of the project monitoring and evaluation system. Designing, implementing and improving the implementation of regular performance evaluation of software components, data collection tools, tracking of indicators, reporting and statistical documentation on monitoring and evaluation, reporting. Organization and training of employees on issues of monitoring and evaluation, analysis of the effectiveness of project implementation, use of various tools and data collection. Development of indicators of the success of project activities (indicators). Application of CLA- approach within the framework of the Organization. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Has a full higher education (preferred fields: political science, sociology, economics, international relations or a related field). Experience of monitoring and evaluating projects in public organizations for 3 years or more. Experience of working in international technical projects help will be an advantage. Has experience in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans, including data collection, data analysis and reporting. Has a high level of command of the Ukrainian and English languages ​​- verbally and in writing. Excellent knowledge of office programs and data analysis and storage tools ( Google Docs, Ms Excel, task managers, Zoom, etc.). Has excellent writing, research, analytical and communication skills. Creative and flexible team player who meets deadlines. Strives for efficiency in any task, is highly motivated and ready for a dynamic jobs.
