ROKADA BF announces a competition for the position -
Mine hazard and personnel safety specialist
(Sumy, Kherson, Zhytomyr regions). 

We are looking for:
A responsible specialist who will ensure the coordination, analysis and implementation of mine risk measures and the safety of personnel traveling to various settlements of Sumy and Kherson regions.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning personnel safety measures.

• Preparation of analytical reports and risk assessments.

• Monitoring the situation regarding explosive objects in the regions.

• Regular business trips to the settlements of Sumy and Kherson oblasts.

• Coordinating the implementation of security measures and supporting field teams.

• Cooperation with local authorities, the State Emergency Service, the police and partners.

• Monitoring the movement of personnel, tracking information sources.

• Mapping incidents, maintaining official documentation.

• Development and revision of security plans, SOP, participation in crisis management.

• Conducting safety briefings and training for personnel.

• Representation of the organization at coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Required: high level of training in security and security management.

• Desirable: higher education or qualification in the field of security in conditions of instability.

• Experience in security management (preferably in an NGO).

• Confident PC user (Word, Excel, Outlook) font-style: normal">We offer:
