We are looking for a specialist in the field of personnel and military accounting who will help us set up processes in this area from scratch.

What should be done:

• Responsible for examination of primary documents during employment , transfers, dismissals.
• Formation of an employment contract, dismissal, transfer, management of personal files of employees, timesheets.
• Inform employees of orders (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, leave).
• Ensure the maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts and reservation of conscripts by enterprise in peacetime and during the period of mobilization and wartime, consultation of employees.
• Control changes in personal data of employees, including conscripts.
• Interaction with the Centers for staffing and social support, the Pension Fund and other state bodies.
• Compile reports on the number of employees and conscripts.
• Participate in the development of internal regulations and procedures related to personnel and military accounting.

What you need for this:

• Experience of working in personnel service from 3 years, in companies with at least 100 people.
• Experience of preparing personnel documents in accordance with the labor legislation of Ukraine.
< li>Practical experience of keeping military records and booking employees at the enterprise.
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and the legislation regulating issues of military records, mobilization, booking etc.
• Ability to work with documentation and analytical reports.
• Experience of working in Diya City conditions will be an advantage.
