Required experience:

• Higher education
• Knowledge of Normative and Legislative acts on issues of military accounting and booking
• Experience in this field for at least 2 years
• Fluency in the state language

What you will do:

• Maintaining personal records of conscripts in the Bank
• Checking newly hired employees for military registration documents
• Information of relevant TCCs and JVs about changes in the registration data of conscripts and conscripts, hired or dismissed from work
• Interaction with TCCs and JVs regarding the terms and methods of verifying the data of personal cards, lists of conscripts and conscripts conscripts, their registration data, making appropriate changes to them, conscripts
• Checking the legitimacy of documents of conscripted employees and providing advice on bringing them into line
• Forming lists of conscripted employees of the Bank, which are offered for reservation
• Preparation and issuance of Reservation Statements to reserved conscripted employees of the Bank
• Preparation and sending to the relevant TCC and JV notifications about the reservation of conscripted employees by the Bank for taking them on a special account
• Consulting Bank employees on issues of military accounting and reservations
