KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience of keeping military records in full for at least 4 years
• In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework and legislation regarding military records, mobilization
• Experience of working with conscripts (verification VOD, carrying out explanatory work, notifications, etc.)
• Experience of interaction with TCCs and joint ventures (correspondence, reporting, annual reconciliations)
• Experience of drafting consultations on issues of current legislation
• Skill of competent interpretation of normative documents
• Developed communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Management of military accounting projects
• Management of military accounting audit projects
• Consulting on military accounting legislation
• On request , possible participation in personnel management projects (consulting on labor law, development of internal policies, development of HR systems, personnel administration, etc.)
