Specialist in military accounting in Kyivstar.Tech

Kyivstar.Tech is looking for a Military Accounting Specialist who will be able to strengthen our HR team and help maintain correct military accounting in a company with dynamic growth and various types of contracts.

What will you do

• Maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine
• Update of military records of employees in HR systems and personal files
• Check of military accounting documents during onboarding, changing the conditions of cooperation and offboarding
• Interaction with the TCC and JV: submission of notices, lists, answers to requests
• Supporting the processes of booking military service employees
• Preparation of reports on military accounting issues within the established terms
• Advising employees and managers on the requirements of military accounting, mobilization, reservation
• Participation in inspections and audits, preparation of necessary materials
• Monitoring changes in legislation and implementing them into company processes

What qualifications and experience are required

• Experience in military accounting from 2 years (preferably in IT or a large company)
• Practical knowledge of legislation in the field of military accounting and mobilization preparation
• Experience of interaction with TCC and SP
• Confident use of Excel and HR systems
• Ability to work with confidential information
• System thinking, independence, constructive communication
• Willingness to work with complex processes and deadlines
