Responsibilities:

• Keeping military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (15-20 people)
• Forming and storing personal files, checking military accounting documents
• Preparing and submitting reports to the TCC and SP
• Interaction with by territorial recruitment and social support centers
• Control of timely updating of employee registration data
• Consulting employees on military accounting issues
• Participation in inspections and audits on military accounting issues

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of military accounting
• Experience of interaction with TCC and JV
• Attention to details, responsibility, organization
• Proficient in PC (MS Office)
• Preferred: work experience in HR or HR administration
