We are announcing a job opening Master Data Management Specialist (MDM)

It is important for us:

• Experience in the field of data management, analytics or IT (from 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of the principles of Master Data Management and Data Governance.
• Work experience with ERP, CRM, BI or MDM systems will be an advantage.
• Understanding the basics of data and systems integration.
• Ability to work in a team, communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail.
• English level - Pre-Intermediate or higher.

Areas of responsibility:

1. Maintenance of master data

• Participation in the creation and maintenance of single versions of master data (customers, products, suppliers, employees).
• Implementation of standards and policies for working with master data.
• Updating and deleting records in agreement with the manager.

2. Data quality assurance

• Identification and correction of duplicates, errors and incorrect values.
• Application of data validation, normalization and cleaning methods.
• Control of master data compliance with business requirements.

3. Integration and centralization of data

• Interaction with the IT department regarding the configuration of MDM systems.
• Participation in the integration of master data between different IT systems (ERP, CRM, BI).
• Automation of data exchange processes.

4. Access management and security

• Implementation of master data privacy and security policies.
• Data change monitoring.

5. Analytics and process improvement

• Collection and analysis of data quality metrics.
• Participation in optimization of master data management processes and use.

6. Interaction with other departments

• Cooperation with business analysts, marketing, sales, finance for the correct use of master data.
• Participation in employee training on the rules of working with data.
