The PROSTOR chain of stores, in connection with the expansion, announces a competition in Dnipro for a new position Specialist in marketing / sociological research.

< strong>Requirements:

• higher education - sociology, social sciences, marketing (will be an advantage); 
• experience of working as a marketing and/or sociological research manager, analyst from 1 year;
• experience of conducting quantitative field research from 1 year, preferably - experience of working in qualitative research / with the results of qualitative research ;
• experience working with large data sets - analytics, correlation / statistical analysis;
• experience working with people of different ages and social status;
• confident PC user ( MS Excel - advanced level);
• confident user of research processing programs (SPSS, OCA).

Responsibilities:

• p>
  • participation in the development of the research concept. The methods used are: observation, field research, survey; 
  • development of a survey questionnaire (questions about the product, as well as questions about improving the level of service); 
  • conducting field research on the basis of PROSTOR outlets in cities with a population of 500+ thousand, conducting interviews with buyers (85% of working time); 
  • preparation of weekly, monthly analytical reports based on work results, analytics and proposals for improving service / assortment / processes in the retail network.
