DILA Medical Laboratory invites a Marketing Research Specialist. Key tasks of the position: Conducting a competitive analysis and monitoring consumer trends in external sources. Conducting an analysis of internal information about customers and products, searching for connections and patterns useful for the company. Organization and conduct of marketing research (both independently and with with the involvement of contractors): collection of customer requirements, selection of the optimal research method, development of tools, analysis of received data, preparation of analytical reports based on research results and presentation of reports to the customer. Evaluation of the level of customer satisfaction, organization of customer feedback collection, analysis of results, preparation of reports and recommendations. Our expectations from the candidate: Having an education in the following fields: marketing, sociology, statistics, economics. Experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years. Experience in the organization of quantitative and qualitative marketing research, as well as the development of tools. Knowledge of statistical methods of analysis. The ability to draw reasoned conclusions based on the findings, structured and systematized information. Mastery of MS Office programs at a high level (Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), Power Point), Power Query, knowledge of SPSS will be an advantage.
