Main duties:

• Organization of finished products export (preparation of shipping documents, coordination of documents with customers, transport orders);
• Cooperation with representative offices and customers (processing of shipment orders, control of settlements with customers, participation in the conclusion of contracts, specifications, additional agreements);
• Organization of import of equipment, spare parts and raw materials for the production site (checking and approval of shipping documents);
• Organization of import and export of samples (checking and preparation of shipping documents documents);
• Organization of local supplies of raw materials;
• Cooperation with customs brokers, transport and forwarding companies (preparation of documents, updating of contracts);
• Obtaining necessary permits, certificates for import and export;
• Timely processing of documents and their transfer to the accounting department;
• Preparation of necessary reports.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (foreign economic activity, economics, technical specialties);
• From 2 years of work experience in the field of foreign economic activity (organization of import and export) preferably in a pharmaceutical company;
• Knowledge Incoterms 2020, MS Office, SAP (preferred);
• Knowledge of transport law, international transport conventions, transportation of dangerous goods ADR, IATA;
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP;
• Knowledge of the English language at a level that will allow correspondence;
• Responsibility, the ability to work effectively in multitasking mode, good communication skills.
