Specialist in logistics in Soufflet Agro Ukraine

In connection with the expansion, Souffle Agro Ukraine invites a Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Study tariffs and demand on the market of transport services depending on changes in taxes, prices and customs policy
• Search, evaluation and conclusion of contracts with the necessary number of elevators, depending on the region of responsibility, in order to ensure the fulfillment of the Souffle Agro Ukraine grain purchase agreement
• Develop relationships and negotiate contract terms with forwarders and transport companies
• Develop and execute delivery plan / control trips based on customer orders and elevator volumes
• Organization of the transportation process (handover of cargo to the carrier, control of goods delivery, loading and shipment)
• Analysis of transportation quality and delivery timeliness of goods
• Create recommendations for improving the quality of transportation and grain storage services
• Research incoming requirements, complaints, commercial actions regarding the quality of transportation and grain storage services in order to prevent their occurrence in the future
• Keep track of income and expenses related to transportation, elevators and reserve accruals at the end of the month< /li>

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably economic or technical)
• Confident user of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 will be an advantage
• Knowledge of English at the intermediate level will be an advantage
• Communication and ability to work in a team
• Ability to solve problems quickly
• Stress resistance
