What will be necessary to do: participate in the formation and implementation of the direction strategy in accordance with the goals and objectives of the business; develop and standardize communication channels for employees (corporate portal, internal social networks, corporate mass media, etc. .);form and implement a content plan (collection of information, preparation of texts, writing news, preparation of visuals and videos together with the designer); conduct a systematic analysis of the effectiveness of communication channels; plan, develop and negotiate branded corporate products within projects; participate in the planning and organization of various internal events , which will contribute to the involvement of employees in teamwork; interact with other divisions of the company; create reports and presentations. Our expectations: higher education in the field of "Philology", "Journalism", "PR" or "Marketing"; experience in similar positions from 2 years; competent written and conversational Ukrainian, basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva, Figma, Power Point; the ability to write interestingly and simply about complex topics. Creative approach; skills in managing and developing a corporate portal, understanding the layout of pages and letters for internal newsletters; analytics of the effectiveness of information campaigns across communication channels; experience in conducting online and offline events; high empathy, diplomacy and the ability to communicate with different categories of employees.
