We are for you if you: Have a university degree in law; Have experience working in the field of media, advertising or public associations (experience in the public service in related fields may be an advantage); Have knowledge of European legislation in the field of freedom of expression and media You have experience in communication with representatives of authorities (correspondence, negotiations, participation in working groups for the development of draft regulations, etc.); You have a high level of English; You are able to analyze political and legislative trends; Organized, proactive, focused on results; Diplomatic, stress-resistant and communicative. As a plus, you will be engaged in: Establishing and maintaining partnership relations with state authorities and public associations in the field of media; Monitoring of European and national legislation in the field of media; Legal analysis of projects of regulatory and legal acts in the field of media, preparation of conclusions regarding them compliance with European standards in the field of freedom of expression; Development of draft normative legal acts in the field of media, including proposals for amendments to the laws of Ukraine, draft acts of joint and self-regulation in the field of media; Participation in advocacy campaigns, working groups, expert meetings, meetings of collegial authorities, meetings and other events of an advocacy nature; Preparation of analytical materials, references on European and national specific legislation.
