Our colleagues around the world help to serve millions of people around the world every month, through its well-loved consumer brands including OLX, Otodom , Property24.Join OLX and see how far you can go.VIP Sales Specialist ROLES Maintenance and development of existing business clients in the Commodity category Qualification and further support of new clients from hunters MAIN DUTIES: Daily work with new, existing and previously existing clients with the aim of their success in closing vacancies on the OLX resource; Quality management of existing systems (Sales Force, Talk desk, etc.) for work with business clients; Participation and/or independent conduct of external and internal events aimed at attracting, developing or retaining clients of the category and approved at the level of the direct manager or the manager of the category; Initiation, development and conduct of training for employees business of clients fixed in the portfolio; Execution of monthly KPI: Execution of the financial goal on a monthly basis of 100%; Execution of the target indicator for the number of calls more than 1 minute; outgoing calls according to the assigned tasks; Formation of KP; Implementation of customer qualification (with setting of actual statuses); Formation of recommendations on the use of the resource; Preparation of statistics for customers upon request; Sale of additional services (ICP, banner advertising) Documentary support of customers: Invoicing; Provision of acts ;Communication according to contracts, including ICP;Requesting supporting documents for the needs of the client;Control of payments and provision of services in accordance with contracts;Working with return and payment clarification letters.Conducting business correspondence:Timely sending of letters as agreed and/or reply to client letters; maintaining business correspondence literacy; using standardized templates of responses and signatures in the mail. Knowledge of business: Studying articles, news and rumors on the market; knowledge of the specifics of work in sections, including seasonality by business category; Understanding of current trends; In-depth knowledge of individual business segments (by interests, by necessity); Understanding of the economic situation. Knowledge and presentation of the product for the purpose of selling the company's services: Knowledge of packages and paid services; Navigation in the basic elements of the resource; Knowledge of categories / rubrics / specifics posting and advertising; Publication rules; Technical features of the product (site and category); Rules for using the service and changes to them; OLX Delivery; OLX Pro; Reviews and ratings; Recommended; Up-to-date knowledge of the full site map. Knowledge and use of SalesForce work tools; Google Suite; TalkDesk; Zoom; Slack; Admin Panel; Confluence; BI CRM Involvement: Participation in B2B life (competitions, active participation in meetings); Completing goals and results in Fusion; Passing internal and external training; Passing surveys (SF, TD, survey involvedosts, survey pulse, etc.) Management of CRM: Setting statuses in SF; Setting statuses in TalkDesk; Timely attachment of calls to the company; Knowledge of regulations and actions in accordance with regulations. Knowledge of work processes: Portfolio processing; Communication with other teams; Receiving and transferring leads ;Sending requests to other teams;Attachment / reattachment of leads;Supporting processes for projects and initiatives.ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Education: full or partial higher educationExperience: experience in the field of telephone sales of 2 years or more will be an advantageKnowledge: Knowledge of the Ukrainian language, language literacy and writing; Knowledge of the English language (at least level A2, but with specific and independent steps to improve the level) Advanced level of mastery of the MS Office package Knowledge of the OLX.UA service, internal rules and instructions Skills: Confident command of a PC and basic software tools; Effective communication skills (put effective questions and hear answers, communication support) Ability to learn and remember medium volumes of information Public speaking Personal qualities: Desire to earn, develop and the ability to work for results; Communicability, openness, flexibility, proactivity, energy, purposefulness, stress resistance, responsibility and decency .Why join OLX?
