Specialist in information technologies of MIA "Health" in INFOTEH, DP

Main functional duties:

• Reception and processing incoming calls and requests, providing advice and solving customer questions.
• Working in MIA Projects, processing requests from customers and creating tasks.
• Researching the company's products and services to provide advice to users .
• Education of institutions as needed.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a high level for working with users.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflict situations.
• Work experience in a medical institution.
• Education not lower than average.
• Desire to learn and quickly learn software and new information.
