Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation and management of the Information Management System (IMS) for all PMD programs in the organization.
- Ensures the full cycle of data management: from collection, processing and analysis to reporting, mapping and archiving, supporting the adoption of operational and strategic decisions in the field of PMD.
- Conducts and enters all operational reports (daily, weekly, on the completion of work) to the SUI of the corresponding PMD program.
- Ensures the reliability of data by cross-checking them and controlling the quality of information coming from field teams.
- Maintains and analyzes all data on the PMD program, prepare summary information on the completion of tasks to track progress and compare with planned indicators.
- Develops and maintains maps of work areas, hazardous areas and other PMD activities using GIS.
- Provides assistance to group leaders and other employees in preparing reports and working with data.
- Administers the SUI database and ensures its constant updating in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepares data extracts and reports at the request of CPMD, donors and partners, adapting internal forms to national requirements.

Володіння письмовою та spoken English (preferred)
Higher education (Bachelor's degree or higher), in particular the fields of geographic information systems, computer science, data management, economics, marketing, sociology or a related field is an advantage
Experience in the field of management, in particular, information management, data analysis or GIS, or information processing from 2 years
- Experience with Microsoft Office software packages
- Experience with GIS programs (eg, ArcGIS) is an advantage
UI specialist should know:
