Specialist in information management in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

MFOZNS "Carpathian Region" announces a competitive position of an information management specialist in the city of Mukachevo, Transcarpathian region, on full-time terms, for a period of 6 months, according to the project:

"Providing assistance in matters of protection, as well as basic needs and housing for IDPs, refugees, returnees and people affected by the war in Ukraine"

Requirements:

• higher education;< /li>
• knowledge of the English language is above average;
• knowledge and experience in programs Microsoft Office;
• experience of working in social projects, charitable organizations;

Responsibilities:

• Ensure collection regional data on information on IDPs;
• Coordinate interagency information management activities at all levels;
• Coordinate information to ensure consistency, including assistance to information management staff at the regional level;

• Ensure consistency and interaction between registration data and other sets of operational data;
• Keep records and summarize the information of all databases necessary for reporting on the work of the asylum support department;
• Provide information management support for needs assessment for all IDP sectors;
