Specialist in human resources and project management (HR & PM) in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will: manage projects in HR (organization and coordination of projects in the field of personnel management, focused on measurement and management of employee engagement, loyalty and adaptation, as well as performance management); manage projects, including the introduction of new technologies, improvement of business processes and other initiatives related to the development of HR systems and employee analysis journey map. You are suitable if you have: 1 year of HR experience; project management experience; knowledge of the theory and practice of human resources management, including methods of measuring employee engagement, loyalty and adaptation, as well as performance management; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work under increased workload and urgent deadlines; desire to develop and grow in the field of HR and project management. Will be a plus: skills in creating Power Point presentations; basic knowledge of UX/UI; knowledge of Power BI, Jira. Why should you come to us?
