SI ніколи не вимагатиме винагороду за участь у процесі найму.Під наглядом головного менеджера програми WASH-Shelter, фахівець з питань забезпечення житла, води, засобів санітарії та гігієни керуватиме та контролюватиме робочі проєкти, дотримуючись термінів і технічних вимог.КЛЮЧОВІ ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ:Налаштування та оперативний моніторинг- Під наглядом головного менеджера програми брати участь у логістичній та адміністративній організації, плануванні та підготовці будівельних майданчиків- Забезпечувати будівництво та/або підтримку будівельних робіт, використовуючи, зокрема, інструменти "Міжнародної Солідарності": o Брати участь у визначенні ділянок, на яких будуть проводитися роботи o Набирати та навчати робочу силу та тимчасових працівників o Розподіл робочої сили на об'єкті відповідно до інструкцій, наданих головним менеджером програми o Виконувати роботи відповідно до технічних інструкцій та кошторисів o Дотримуватися термінів, встановлених головним менеджером програми- Здійснювати нагляд за робочими групами, підрядниками та громадами, а також забезпечувати найкраще використання наявних ресурсів- Організовувати, планувати та контролювати участь громади- Передбачати будь-які проблеми, пов'язані з управлінням його/її діяльністю, та пропонувати рішення для їх уникнення- Керувати постачанням матеріалів на будівельний майданчик, співпрацюючи з відділом логістики- Звітувати керівнику проєкту та/або керівнику команди про стан децентралізованих запасів ("польових" запасів) на своїх ділянках.- Брати участь в оцінці технічної компетентності підрядників- Поважати адміністративні процедури "Солідарності" до, під час і після кожного робочого проєкту- Впроваджувати заходи безпеки та охорони праці для кожного виду діяльності та забезпечувати дотримання цих правил працівниками, які перебувають під його/її наглядом, а також населеннямЗвітність/комунікаціI/the representative office - Keep your monitoring tools and files in the archives of the "Solidarity" office, to which the team leader and/or project manager have access - Participate in the preparation of reports on the progress of project implementation under the supervision of your team leader - Participate in seminars and trainings , related to the implementation of activities and project goals - Report to the main manager of the program about the development of activities and specific tasks assigned to him/her, about any problems that have arisen, as well as about the quality of relations with beneficiaries. - Report all information or problems related to his/her activities, "Solidarity" programs or security issues - Listen to the local population and authorities in order to identify any needs, complaints or important events that may affect "Solidarity" activities - Analyze humanitarian situation, taking into account the issue of protecting/not harming the population - Cooperate with local authorities and administration - Participate in meetings and clusters on restitution issues upon request REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Education - higher in the field of civil or industrial construction, water supply and water treatment. Construction/water engineering or technical education in the field of water supply/sewerage, construction and hydraulic engineering. Work experience - at least 2 years in this field. Experience in a public organization is an advantage. Language: Ukrainian is mandatory. Russian preferably. English (pre-Intermediate) - IT advantage - Experienced user of Microsoft Office package, ability to read and create drawings (AutoCAD, ArchiCad, Revit, etc.) standards, water supply and drainage standards (residential construction, general construction, civil construction, water supply) Quality control of works at the facility. Technical supervision experience will be an advantage (contractor supervision, progress report, meetings). Ability to read, make changes and create estimates. Skills: Responsibility, ability to work in a team, communication, attention to detail, punctuality, tact. SI will never ask for any remuneration to take part in a recruitment process.Under the supervision of the WASH-Shelter Program Manager, the WASH-Shelter Officer will lead and supervise work projects, respecting deadlines and technical requirements.LIST OF MAIN TASKS:Set-up and operational monitoring- Under the supervision of the Program Manager take part in logistical and administrative organization and the planning and preparation of job sites- Ensure the construction and/or the maintenance of construction work using Solidarites International tools (in particular): o Take part in the identification of sites where work is to be carried out o Recruit and train the workforce and Temporary Worker o Allocate the on-site workforce according to instructions given by the Program Manager o Carry out work according to technical guidelines and estimates o Respect deadlines established with his/her Program Manager- Supervise operational teams, contractors and communities, and ensure the best use of available resources- Organize, plan and supervise community participation- Anticipate any problems associated with the management of his/her activity and propose solutions to avoid them- Manage the supply of worksite materials by collaborating with the logistics department- Report to the project manager and/or team leader on the state of decentralized stock (‘field’ stock) on his/her sites.- Take part to the evaluation of the technical competence of contractors- Respect Solidarites administrative procedures before, during and after each work project- Establish safety and security measures for each activity and ensure that these rules are respected by the workforce under his/ her supervision and by the populationReporting/communication /representation- Keep his/her monitoring tools and files archived in the Solidarites office, accessible to his/her team leader and/or project manager- Take part in the drafting of project progress reports under the supervision of his/her team leader- Take part in seminars and workshops related to the carrying-out of activities and to project objectives- Report to the Program Manager regarding the development of activities and specific tasks that he/she has been assigned, any problems encountered and the quality of relations with the beneficiaries- Report back all information or problems linked to his/her activity, Solidarites programs or safety issues- Listen to the local population and authorities in order to identify any needs, complaints, or major events which could affect the activities of Solidarites- Analyze the humanitarian situation by taking into account protection issues/Do No Harm to the population- Collaborate with local authorities and administration- Take part in restitution meetings and clusters on requestWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Studies: Higher education in civil or industrial engineering, water supply and water treatment.
