We are currently looking for a ?Gig Contract Specialist  (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Key Features:< /u>

1. Provides support for the process of administration of FOP contracts and gig contracts (a form of engaging specialists that combines the characteristics of an employment and civil law contract), internal outsourcing for the IT company of a resident of Diya City. 

2. Organizes the process of concluding contracts and gig contracts, systematizes and performs work on the formation of a package of primary documents, creation, signing (ECS in Vchasno) and support, participates in entering data into the SAP HCM system (conducting events, maintaining personal and time data).

3. Enters counterparty data, forms procurement chains (SAP MDG, SAP 4HANA). 

4. Administers the remuneration:

- prepares a matrix of services for gig specialists

- forms acts with details to confirm the planned monthly payment for FOP and gig specialists

- forms additional acts for separate payments that do not belong to services (social benefits, mat help, etc.)

- organizes the signing (on time or in documentary form) of acts of completed works (conversion of acts into the required format, uploading to the system signing, unloading from the system)

- keeps a consolidated register of acts

5. Monitors compliance with the current Legislation of Ukraine, regulatory documentation and compliance with a unified process methodology.

6. Ensures the completeness and correctness of data, management in the system, timely closing of applications, including through proactive communication with executive managers.

7. Ensures the implementation of client-oriented service, carries out measures aimed at increasing the level of client satisfaction, including the development of new digital services

OUR Portrait:

• Higher education (preferably completed)
• Relevant work experience of at least 2 years
• Knowledge of rules and principles of business communication and etiquette
• Experienced user of MS Office
